Coconut Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups of flour
- 2 1/2 cups of sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups of vegetable oil
- 3 cups of grated Carrots
- 1 cups of desiccated coconut
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- sift flour and other dry ingredients
- mix oil and sugar in a bowl
- beat the eggs and pour into mixing bowl
- fold in the dry ingrdients
- fold in the grated carrots
- add flavour s desired
- pour into a prepared pan and bake for and hour or less
