Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
v 1
1/3 cups of flour
v 2
eggs
v 3
tbsp butter
v 1
½ cups sugar
v 2
tsp baking powder
v ¼
tsp baking soda
v ¾
cups cocoa powder
v 1/8
tsp salt
v ¾
tsp vanilla essence
v 1
cup of milk
Directions:
Note: that chocolate cake are very delicate,
hence, avoid shaking the oven or opening the oven until the cake smells baked.
Sift the
flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
Mix butter
and sugar to be as light as possible in a different bowl.
Add one egg
at a time, beat well before adding.
Stir in
vanilla or flavour of your choice.
Put in the
dry ingredients alternating with milk.
Turn
into a well-greased pan and bake.See also:
