Coconut Cake
Ingredients:
v 500g
flour
v 500g
butter
v 400g
sugar
v 2
cups desiccated coconut
v 2
tsp baking powder
v 10
eggs
v ½
nutmeg
v 1
tsp vanilla flavour
v 1
tsp coconut flavour
Directions:
1.
Grease an 8 inch pan
2.
Cream the butter and sugar till
it is light and fluffy
3.
Sieve flavour and baking powder
4.
Add the desiccated coconut and
eggs
5.
Grate in the nutmeg
6.
Add the flavour
7.
Scoop into the prepared tin and
bake in a prepared heated oven
8.
Bake at 160 degrees Celsius
