Bread Recipes
Ingredients:
v 1.5
cups warm water
v 4
tbsp yeast
v 3
tbsp sugar
v 2
tbsp vegetable oil (optional)
v 4
cups flour
v 8
inch pan
v 1
tsp salt
Directions:
1.
Stir warm water, yeast and sugar
2.
Let it stand till its frothy, 20
mins
3.
Add the oil, salt to 2 cups of flour
4.
Mix well, then add the remaining
flour ½ cup at a time
5.
Kneed on a floured surface for 8
minutes
6.
Keep in a bowl and cover for 20mins to autolyse
7.
Knead again for about 7minutes
8.
Cover again for 1.5hours
9.
Deflate and knead gain
10.
Prepare pan, cut dough into pan..
11.
Leave to rise in a warm place for
about 1 hour
12.
Place in a moderately heated oven
GENTLY as bread dough is very delicate
13.
Bake at 280 degree for 1.5hours
